The coaching approach is analytical. Every programme starts with identifying the actual bottleneck — not guessing, not adding volume — and targeting it specifically. Weak-link analysis, tension profiles, resistance curves, force production at specific joint angles.
Coaching is limited to a small number of clients so the analysis is done properly. When a spot opens, it goes to people who've applied and who Craig is confident he can help.
